Reflections Committee Chairs (2 Positions)

Est. Time Commitment:  TBD (this is a new program)

 

The Reflections Committee is responsible for facilitating student participation in the Reflections national awards program.  Reflections is a national arts awards program where students in preschool through grade 12 create and submit original works in the areas of dance choreography, film production, literature, music composition, photography and visual arts.

After-Prom  (multiple openings)

Est. Time Commitment:  1-2h/week March thru After-Prom event

​

After-Prom is in need of adult volunteers to fill positions that will be vacant next year.  Volunteers will shadow our current Entertainment, Food,  Sponsorship & Social Media volunteers this year in preparation for leading the effort next year.

Mulch Sale Chair

Est. Time Commitment: 2h every other week Nov-Jan, 2-4h/week Feb thru Sale date

The Mulch Sale is the primary fund raiser for After-Prom. We are in need of a volunteer to shadow our current Chair and take over for the 2019-2020 school year. You will have years of experience and documentation to support you! Responsibilities include partnering with school administration to schedule facilities, communications and student volunteers, coordinate purchase and delivery with our vendor, schedule and lead committee meetings,  and serve as point of contact and leadership for delivery day activities.
