Mulch Sale Based on the recent decision to extend the closure of schools through at least April 24, the Mulch Committee has unfortunately determined that we have to cancel the annual mulch delivery plans for this year. Later today we will be contacting those families and friends of the Mulch Sale who have already ordered mulch with the next steps you will need to take. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT! Your Mulch Committee: Jason B., Deb. J., Deb. D. Tanisha Y. and Jon B. Questions can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Scholarships Seven $1,000 PTSA scholarships are available for seniors that are NOT limited to higher education – scholarships may also be used for other activities and adventures. Find the application on the PTSA website: https://www.mthebronptsa.com/ . To qualify, senior students and at least one related adult must be PTSA members prior to March 31 (so must join by midnight March 30). IMPORTANT: Completed applications must be scanned and emailed to Cargiulo@verizon.net by 2:30pm April 15. No exceptions will be made to this deadline!
After-Prom As schools are closed through April 24, Mt. Hebron has decided to continue with Prom planning for Saturday, May 2. That means After-Prom planning will continue as well. In the next several weeks we will be sending out information on the event for students, and how to volunteer for parents. Information will also be updated on the PTSA website and Facebook page.
Senior Banners Order yours now at www.varsitygraphics.net/hebron. Celebrate your senior with a personalized senior banner that can be used as a keepsake or at graduation parties to celebrate this big achievement! These 2’ x 3’ weather-resistant vinyl banners are $35.00. Originally, banners were to be displayed in school hallways then delivered to students during graduation rehearsal. The PTSA’s alternate plan is that all banners ordered by 4/4/20 will be hung on the field hockey fence facing Rt 99 for three weeks. PTSA will coordinate a banner-pick-up date at the end of April.
If you do NOT want your banner displayed on the school fence or have any other questions, please email Cindy Anderson at email@example.com.
All PTSA questions may be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Stay safe and healthy. We look forward to our next opportunity to gather safely as a community!
