April 24 Kickoff Event: Virtual Campus Walk
Please register to join the Mt. Hebron Team for the Out of the Darkness Virtual Campus Walk to raise awareness of and prevent suicide. MHHS wants to bring the stigma of mental illness and suicide into the light so those who are struggling can get the help they need. Everyone needs to know their Mental Health Matters. May 7 Final Event: “It’s Real” Film Screening & Facilitated Discussion
7:00pm-8:30pm - Free! Prizes for participation! For ages 14 and up. Learn how to balance your life from other students who have been there, learn how to spot and help friends who may be struggling, and have an honest conversation about mental health and well-being.
